Remember how I mentioned that I was looking for a house? Well after several weeks of playing cat and mouse, I'm the cat and the house is the mouse. Every time we thought we were close the house would slip right past us. It was quite the emotional roller coaster...
But finally after weeks of looking we landed a little place of our own. We have a cute little 3 bed apartment in Ballard, and we're pretty close to downtown. We definitely felt like a winner. And after going the lease the place was ours. It's weird to think of how a couple of signatures can make something yours. We were in some weird sense of shock after we signed the lease, like we almost couldn't believe that it was really ours.
To be completely honest I'm still in that weird feeling of shock and excitement....
